For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.
Luke 19:10

And some of the Epicurean and Stoic philosophers … And they took him and brought him to the Areopagus, saying, “May we know what this new teaching is which you are proclaiming?

So Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said, “Men of Athens, I see that you are very religious in all respects. 

For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this

inscription, ‘TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.’ Therefore, what you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you. 

The God who made the world and everything that is in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made by hands;

Therefore, since we are the descendants of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by human skill and thought.

But some men joined him and believed, among whom also were Dionysius. Acts 17:34

God is now proclaiming to mankind that all people everywhere are to repent. Acts 17:30

If a man has a hundred sheep and ONE of them gets lost, what will he do?

Won’t he leave the 99 others in the wilderness and go to search for the one that is lost until he finds it? Luke 15:4

How much is someone, a person, who is lost and far from God… really worth?

Zacchaeus quickly climbed down and took Jesus to his house in great excitement and joy. Luke 19:6

Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house…Luke 19:9
